GOAL.
A goal is a
target you hope to achieve especially when much time and effort will be needed
to have a task completed. Set goals in your life. Short term goals; daily,
weekly goals. Long time goals monthly, yearly goals.

Nothing will motivate you to accomplish a task
unless you have a goal.

Set aside every Sunday evening for yourself and
be strongly disciplined with this habit. Use this period to plan your week,
visualize your encounters and what you want to achieve, to read new materials
and inspirational books, to listen to soft soothing music and to simply relax.
This habit will serve as your anchor to keep you focused, motivated and
