LEADERSHIP
One of the most important basics of excelling in your career or
business is to be a leader. Leadership is the ability to make people do what
you want them to do at their own free will. Leadership is either a talent or
can be learnt. To be an effective leader you must be.
1. COMMITTED.
2. POSITIVE & ENTHUSIASTIC.
3. LIVE BY VIRTUES i.e. Honesty, Integrity and Trust.
4. BE A PACE SETTER. (Lead by example)
5. A VOLUNTEER TO LEAD.
6. PROVIDE INSPIRATION.
7. PROVIDE AN ENVIROMENT FOR CONTINUOUS LEARNING.
8. A GOOD LISTENER AND APPRECIATIVE OF PEOPLE’S EFFORTS.
9. AN EFFECTIVE PLANNER.
10.
HOLD YOUR TEAM TOGETHER.
