LESSON #5:
APPEARANCE
There is a saying that goes “DRESS TO BE ADDRESSED NOT TO BE
UNDRESSED”. As women our dress code speaks volumes about us most especially to
the opposite sex for their character is vision sensitive.
Does your dress code command respect or despise. Sadly many of our
women today dress skimpily in the name of fashion leaving dignity fly out of
the window then at the end of the day they demand to be respected. How do you
command respect when ¾ of your thighs are exposed............ ½ your breasts
are pooping out of your bra?, wearing translucent leggings showing all your
demarcations in detail or even wearing tight fitting pants detailing your
private parts to the camel toe. How can a 12 year old boy who is just joining
adolescent even respect you while your
dress code is near to that whore in a hip-hop music video?
Am not advocating for women to cover up from head to toe like Taliban
Muslims, am advocating for decency and commanding respect from your dress code.
What does it reap off your womanhood to dress decently?
Did you know that your dress code affects how people respond to your
business? If you dress inappropriately no one will take your business
seriously. If your ever too busy making up and not catering to your clients
they won’t come back, so my dear ladies your dress code is a serious issue in
your business. Look good, smart and confident. Not skimpy, provocative and
indecent. Your boobs and thighs shouldn’t lure in clients (unless you’re the
lady of the night)……..let your brains bring in your clients instead.
