LESSON #33:
CONSULTANCY & ADVICE
Getting consultancy and advice is very important in business. To run
your business well get advice and consult those who are in the same
industry/field with you preferably those who have more than 5 years of
experience. Sadly those who have failed to run their businesses are the 1st
ones to always want to give advice. Avoid such people unless they are telling
you what to look out for, other than that avoid their discouraging advice some
people do not want to see others succeed where they failed.
Do not be too proud to ask for help, wise people seek advice, the fool
believes that he knows all. Keep records and notes for all the lessons learnt
in your business you never know one day others will look up to you for the same
advice and consultancy.
You can choose to have a personal business mentor. My business mentors
are Mr. Donald Trump and Miss. Tyra Banks. Because they are passionate about
what they do and go beyond limits, plus they always give advice and consultancy
in their shows.

Who are your mentors?

Think of three people who can provide you with inspiration, motivation
and support for your goals and aspirations. Plan to meet with each one of them
over the next few weeks. Listen enthusiastically to them and brainstorm with
