SALES MARKETING / SALES MANSHIP

A sales person is a person whose job is to sell things, especially directly to consumers,retailers, wholesalers or other businesses on behalf of the company he/she represents. So the art of salesmanship is to persuade people to buy things. Sale persons are used in marketing to make sales. Not everyone is a natural sales person. The gift of persuasion is inborn much as the profession is for all who wish to join. So if you’re looking for jobs in salesmanship and you have this gift the chances of your success is high since persuasion comes to you naturally.


Sales people (who are genuine and have integrity) have a high chance of having a big and loyal clientele if they start their own ventures other than working for companies. A salesperson can also do network marketing. The advantages of being a sales person are;
·        You get to learn people skills (how to communicate with all sorts of customers/clients)
·        Your marketing strategies are sharpened, you can easily predict the flexibility of the market.
·        You get confidence and optimism. Public speaking comes easy and leadership skills are also sharpened.
